Michael and Christine both helped me see the difference of truly being in a relationship and having a greater understanding of my self. I am learning about fear and all it's different aspects; ego, pride and judgement. I would strongly encourage any who are of open mind and heart, looking to heal your self and wanting to learn more about relationship to give The Dynamic Self, Michael Rainone and Christine Goulding a call.

Christine and Michael are compassionate healers who utilize powerfully resonate techniques of deep energetic uncovering. Working with them helped me to move beyond fear and self-judgement and unleashed a curiosity to hold my 'stuff' in a new light. Through group work, I realized the collective path of self-love is a journey of acceptance, compassion and feeling. My body became a place where my soul feels more at home. Christine and Michael's simple act of witnessing my journey has allowed me to be free and bring a tuned awareness to how to live a fuller, deeper, happier, and connected life. I am awe inspired with humility at their gentle yet powerful modes of healing. In deepest love, joy, and gratitude.

It's not so much a matter of importance to know the whys and the wherefores of how the past came to be, but how to disarm its hold on our present. I've been doing this "work" for four years, individually and in a group. I've been sober in AA for 35 years and have experienced many types of therapies in my past. I'm here to tell you I have grown more in these last four years than at any other time in the previous 30. It's not for the faint of heart, but the risk, and the work, is well worth the reward. Michael and Christine are truly unique individuals. They both bring a little something different to the table; there isn't anything I've experienced like them. They love what they do, they want to share what they have found in their own work, and courageously and lovingly show us how to get there. They don't just ask a lot of questions, they teach, they explain, sometimes they'll answer a question with a question, but in a way that leads you through and out rather than back in. Without question, I would not have made it through the dark ages of the last few years without them in my life. If you want to know how to find the way back to yourself, this is the way.
