We have developed our approach to healing over years of group process and teaching in a variety of disciplines. Through all of our experiences, we have found that the following principles hold true:

- The key to healing is self-love
- The path to healing requires courage, honesty, compassion and forgiveness
- Everyone possesses all that is required to grow and thrive

In our practice we use meditation, breath-work, directed physical movement, music, poetry, laughter and discussion to help our clients identify and remove their blocks to self-love. This deeper, authentic connection to the self leads to a richer, fuller life experience. We believe each moment holds infinite possibility, and to experience our divine self we must be present to all that makes us human.
